The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is offering a grant through the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program to promote mutual understanding between the U.S. and Eurasian countries. The grant supports scholarships for Eurasian high school students to live in the U.S. for an academic year, fostering cultural exchange. Nonprofit organizations are invited to propose activities such as identifying host schools, selecting host families, and monitoring students during the 2013-14 academic year.
