The Department of Justice’s Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) is offering the Court Training and Improvements Program to support specialized courts in enhancing their responses to domestic violence. The Mentor Court Initiative aims to assist other courts in improving their handling of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking cases. Successful applicants will guide and mentor other court-based programs to prioritize victim safety and offender accountability. Ensure eligibility requirements are met before submitting a complete application by the deadline of December 7, 2012. Award decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
