| Additional Information on Eligibility: | Partnerships are encouraged between organizations with experience and expertise in child welfare, differential response and family support, but applications must identify a primary applicant responsible for administering the grant. The primary applicant must be one of the eligible entities listed above. Faith-based and community organizations are eligible to apply. Foreign entities are not eligible under this announcement. |
