USAID’s Building a Better Response grant aims to strengthen NGO engagement in humanitarian assistance architecture. The grant focuses on providing training to national and international NGOs on policies and practices to improve coordination and performance. In partnership with UN OCHA, the program’s objective is to enhance the understanding and commitment to internationally-recognized humanitarian response strategies. The closing date for applications is December 12, 2011.
