This department is offering the NMFS-Sea Grant Fellowships in Marine Resource Economics for graduate students interested in quantitative methods for assessing the economics of marine resource conservation. The fellowship awards two new PhD fellowships annually for thesis projects of public interest and relevance to NMFS’s goal of ecosystem-based management. Fellows will collaborate with NMFS mentors at Science Centers or Laboratories. Closing date: Feb 17, 2012.
