NIDDK offers this grant to continue the IBD Genetics Consortium’s work in identifying susceptibility genes for Inflammatory Bowel Disease. This grant aims to integrate various methodologies to explore the impact of genetic risk variants on IBD pathophysiology. The Data Coordinating Center will manage collaboration among research centers, subject enrollment, sample submission, data analysis, and operational committee management. The grant recipient will serve as a voting member of the Steering Committee for operational decisions. Closing date for application is on Apr 30, 2012.
