The Health Department is offering this grant to provide technical assistance for the implementation and expansion of Blood Safety activities in Kenya as part of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). The grant aims to support efforts in ensuring safe and adequate blood supply in Kenya to combat the spread of HIV/AIDS and other blood-borne diseases. Closing date for applications is April 2, 2012.
