The Health Department is offering a grant to partner with Hanoi Medical University to build capacity in the Government of Vietnam’s health system. The goal is to enhance the coordination and implementation of evaluations, research, and operations related to HIV/AIDS and public health programs. This grant aims to strengthen institutional capacity to address health system needs identified by the Government of Vietnam and other stakeholders. Closing date for applications is April 16, 2012.
