The National Park Service is offering a grant to establish a youth living history Civil War Jr. Fife & Drum Corps at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. This grant aims to engage young musicians in historical reenactments and bring the Civil War era to life through music. Applications are open until August 20, 2014.
