The US Department of Labor through the Bureau of International Labor Affairs is offering funding for a cooperative agreement with the International Labor Organization to support the implementation of labor laws in Vietnam. The project aims to develop regulations aligned with International Labor Standards, educate partners, and enhance industrial relations. Due to the unique qualifications of ILO, this opportunity is not open for full competition. The intent is to ensure the effective application of new labor legislation in Vietnam with the expertise and resources of ILO. Closing date for applications is September 30, 2012.
