The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is offering the Ngwang Choephel Fellows Program to promote cultural heritage, sustainable development, economic growth, and environmental conservation in Tibetan communities in China. This grant is available to public and private non-profit organizations with 501(c)(3) status, encouraging them to submit proposals that contribute to the advancement of Tibetan communities. The deadline for submission is May 25, 2012.
