The Department of State is offering a grant for workshops aimed at youth leaders in ECA-funded exchange programs. The workshops will focus on English language teaching and leveraging social media for civil society advocacy. Applicants can propose workshops for one or both themes, targeting selected students over three consecutive groups. The workshops are scheduled for February to April in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
