The Health and Human Services Department is offering a cooperative agreement to provide financial assistance to States, the District of Columbia, and consortia of States for the establishment of Health Insurance Exchanges as mandated by the Affordable Care Act. The grant aims to support the completion of activities necessary for State approval and compliance with ACA requirements, ultimately leading to the creation of an Exchange entity.
