The applicant is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based on location, technical expertise, and continuity in methodology. All of the investigators are experienced with surveying, mist-netting, handling and identifying bats. Dr. Jeremy White has previously captured and handled Indiana bats in the eastern United States and Dr. Freeman has also sampled for his species before.
