The Department of State’s Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, Iraq Office (NEA/I) is offering the Microsoft Initiative Grant to organizations interested in providing English Language/Microsoft Computer Certification training for Iraqi Minority Community Women. The grant aims to enhance or establish English language skills to support further training in computer program skills. This grant opportunity requires interested organizations to submit Statements of Interest (SOIs) for consideration. Selected organizations will be invited to submit full proposals at a later date. Deadline for SOIs submission is June 29, 2012.
