The Department of Agriculture RCDI grant is offered to qualified intermediary organizations to provide financial and technical assistance programs for rural community development. Applicants must offer matching funds equal to the grant amount, ranging from $50,000 to $300,000. The recipient intermediary should deliver assistance to private nonprofits, community-based housing organizations, low-income rural communities, or federally recognized tribes. The deadline for submission is May 09, 2012.
