This grant from the Department of Fish and Wildlife focuses on supporting the conservation of endangered fish species including the razorback sucker, bonytail, and flannelmouth sucker. The project involves operating fish rearing facilities at Lake Mead Hatchery and Overton Wildlife Management Area to rear wild-caught larvae and grow out sub-adult fish. It aims to advance the research and conservation efforts under the Lower Colorado River Multi-Species Conservation Program by continuing the rearing of fish from previous year classes. Applications close on January 16, 2014.
