The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) is offering a grant of up to $2.2 million to support the strengthening of democratic worker organizations in Haiti and Peru. This grant aims to empower independent worker organizations in both countries, with a maximum of $1.2 million allocated for Haiti and $1 million for Peru. Eligible organizations can apply for either country or both and the project duration can be up to four years and six months. Program activities must commence by December 31, 2012. Deadline for applications is November 15, 2012.
