Eligible projects must provide ecosystem benefits, have scientific merit, be technically feasible, be able to adapt to the impacts associated with climate change, and be cost-effective. The Council anticipates up to $3.5 million may be available for estuarine habitat restoration; awards are limited to a range between $200,000 and $1 million. |
