The United States Mint is offering a grant opportunity for artists to participate in the Artistic Infusion Program (AIP) by submitting designs for United States coins and medals. Up to 20 artists will be selected to receive contracts and compensation ranging from $2000 to $3000 per design submission. Selected designs may earn artists an additional $5000 if used. Artists will have the opportunity to have their designs sculpted by United States Mint Sculptor-Engravers and credited in historical documents and promotional materials.
