The U.S. Embassy in Panama is offering a grant to reinforce democracy, civil society, and rule of law through activities aimed at strengthening government institutions and providing opportunities for vulnerable youth. Approximately $500,000 will be awarded for three to five projects in Panama, subject to proposal quality and fund availability. Nonprofit and for-profit organizations are invited to submit proposals to promote a democratic, secure, and prosperous Panama by the closing date of Mar 10, 2013.
