The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is offering a grant to manage the FY13 Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) and American Serbia and Montenegro Youth Leadership Exchange (A-SMYLE) Programs’ Organizational Component. This grant aims to facilitate cultural exchange by providing scholarships for high school students from designated countries to live in the United States, fostering mutual understanding and exposing participants to different cultures. The recipient organization will be responsible for recruitment, selection, orientations, travel coordination, alumni programs, and overall support for students and placement organizations. The grant is approximately $12,100,000 with a closing date of May 10, 2013.
