The National Park Service aims to enhance understanding of landbird populations in the San Francisco Bay Area Network by collaborating with PRBO Conservation Science. This grant supports research on species conservation, management, and the impacts of climate change on bird populations and park ecology. PRBO Conservation Science’s extensive dataset and expertise will be utilized to conduct ecological research within the SFAN. The NPS and PRBO Conservation Science will work together to benefit the public and future generations through educational and research programs. Closing date for applications is August 26, 2013.
