The Department of Homeland Security is offering the FY 2013 Homeland Security National Training Program (HSNTP) Continuing Training Grants (CTG) to develop and deliver innovative national training programs addressing emerging needs in communities. Applicants are encouraged to align programs with national preparedness priorities. Funding will be awarded as cooperative agreements. Authorized by the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2013, these grants aim to enhance state and local programs. Closing date is August 22, 2013.
