The National Cancer Institute is offering a grant to establish the PDXNet Data Commons and Coordinating Center (PDCCC) to coordinate with the PDX Development and Trial Centers Research Network. This center will support the collaborative development and pre-clinical testing of targeted therapeutic agents in patient-derived models to advance cancer precision medicine. The PDCCC will serve as the coordinating and data analysis center, working closely with up to five PDTCs and the NCI Patient-Derived Models Repository. The outcomes of this research will inform the prioritization of agent combinations in NCI Investigational New Drugs for clinical trials in the ETCTN network.
