The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is offering the Ngwang Choephel Fellows Program to support initiatives that conserve cultural heritage, advance sustainable development, boost economic prospects, and uphold environmental preservation in Tibetan communities in China. Non-profit entities under section 26 USC 501(c)(3) are eligible to apply. Proposals are sought by January 11, 2013, for this unique opportunity to contribute to the flourishing of Tibetan communities in China.
