The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) through the Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division, is offering the Youth Leadership Grant for public and private non-profit organizations. The grant aims to host three to four-week group exchanges in the U.S. for teenage and adult participants focusing on civic education, community service, and youth leadership. The program prepares participants for follow-on projects in their communities. U.S. Embassies will be involved in participant selection. The grant recipient will collaborate with ECA and U.S. Embassies to accommodate emerging circumstances. Two cooperative agreements are available, and the closing date for proposals is May 31, 2012.
