The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is offering the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) to assist business firms in obtaining and performing under government contracts. The PTAP, established through Cooperative Agreements with DLA, aims to stimulate employment and boost the economy. Funding opportunity DLA-AMD006-20121015 is available for establishing new Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) in underserved areas. Eligible entities, as defined in 10 U.S.C.
