The Department of Education is offering the Tibet Education Project (TEP) grant to support Tibetan refugees in India and Nepal in acquiring educational skills and knowledge. This project aims to enhance the quality of education opportunities provided by the Central Tibetan Administration for Tibetan youth in settlements in India and Nepal. The project focuses on teacher development, scholarships, counseling, STEM education, test preparations, and education management. The closing date for the grant application is August 1, 2012 (New Delhi Time). For more information, refer to the RFA Amendment #1.
