The Department of Energy is offering a grant to the Spirit Lake Tribe for their Wind Energy Project Development. The funding will support the assessment of wind resource data and the development of a Power Purchase Agreement for their 27 MW wind project. The grant was previously competitively announced and is targeted to be awarded by August 31, 2012.
