The Department of Energy is seeking public input on the analysis methodology for estimating the total cost of ownership (TCO) of advanced vehicle technologies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and petroleum consumption. Stakeholder feedback on the validity of assumptions and success levels for different technologies is encouraged.
