The Department of Environmental Conservation is offering grants for the Central Africa Forest Ecosystems Conservation (CAFEC) project. This initiative, funded by USAID and the Government of Norway’s International Climate and Forest Initiative, aims to support conservation efforts in the Central Africa Regional Program for the Environment. Up to eight cooperative agreements will be awarded for a five-year period, with funding ranging from $8.2 million to $15.2 million annually, depending on fund availability.
