This grant is aimed at creating a network to enhance the Prevention and Treatment through a Comprehensive Care Continuum for HIV-affected Adolescents in Resource Constrained Settings Implementation Science. It seeks to extend successful approaches to new areas with limited IS research capacity and focus on at-risk populations like sexual and gender minorities, commercial sex workers, and drug users. The goal is to conduct crucial IS research in preventing new HIV infections among adolescents and ensuring effective care and viral suppression in youth living with HIV, especially in low-to-middle income countries with significant HIV prevalence.
