The Department of Health and Human Services is offering the HIV Care Program Part A HIV Emergency Relief Grant Program to Eligible Metropolitan Areas or Transitional Grant Areas severely affected by the HIV epidemic. This grant provides financial assistance to develop or enhance access to a comprehensive continuum of high-quality, community-based care for low-income individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. The program includes core medical services and supportive services to improve medical outcomes for People Living With HIV/AIDS. Applications are now open until October 22, 2012.
