The Department of State is offering the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program Host Family and School Placement Grant to promote understanding between the US and Eurasian countries. Non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply to support secondary school students from Eurasia living in the US for an academic year. The grant will fund the identification of host schools, selection and monitoring of host families, and placement of students during the 2012-13 academic year, including recruitment, cultural activities, counseling, and evaluation. Application deadline is December 22, 2011.
