This RFI seeks to assist the U.S. Department of Energy’s Solar Energy Technologies Office in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in developing a platform for managing community solar subscriptions for LIHEAP customers. The aim is to improve the enrollment, utilization, and monitoring of solar subscriptions for low-income communities. The closing date for submissions is September 16, 2022.
