The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is offering grants for the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Program to enhance ties between high school students from Muslim-majority countries and the U.S. Organizations can apply to promote, place students in American schools and host families, provide support throughout the exchange, and facilitate cultural learning. The program aims to award 12-15 cooperative agreements with a total funding of $27,000,000 for one base year and two option years. Proposals should focus on marketing, placement, monitoring, and organizing enriching experiences for participants in 2014-15 academic year exchanges. Deadline for submission is Mar 05, 2013.
