Description: The Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs (EUR) at the Department of State announces a Request for Applications for management of the Bicommunal Support Program (BSP) in Cyprus. This program aims to promote peace and cooperation between Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots. The grantee will work collaboratively with U.S. Embassy Cyprus to award sub-grants for programs that create networks and affiliations between the two groups that increase tolerance and reconciliation, and mitigate conflict. Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) with expertise in international affairs with particular knowledge about the current political, economic, and social environment in Cyprus are eligible to apply.
