The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) offers funding for a Texting Ban Demonstration High Visibility Enforcement (HVE) campaign. Grantees will receive up to $275,000 each to plan, develop, conduct, and evaluate this campaign over a 24-month period. The initiative aims to enforce texting bans through at least four HVE emphasis periods. Applications for this grant close on July 31, 2012.
