Additional Information on Eligibility: Foreign institutions are eligible to apply. Eligible agencies of the Federal Government can apply. Faith-based or community-based organizations can apply. Applicants may submit more than one application to this FOA, provided each application is scientifically distinct. However, an individual may submit only one application as the PD/PI for any submission date. Once funded as a PD/PI via this FOA, an individual is then ineligible to submit another application as a PD/PI for this FOA.
