This program is offering an exchange opportunity for Mexican high school students to participate in a four- to five-week summer program in the United States emphasizing civic education, community service, and youth leadership development. The U.S. Department of State, the Mexican government, and the private sector are collaborating to fund this initiative. Organizations meeting the specified criteria can submit proposals to host up to 80 students annually, with activities planned for summer 2013 and 2014.
