The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division within the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is offering grants for the Youth Ambassadors Program with Canada, Central America, and the Caribbean. These grants aim to facilitate three-week exchanges focusing on civic education, community service, and youth leadership development. Eligible organizations are invited to submit proposals to recruit and select youth and adult participants, as well as support follow-on projects in their home communities. Exchange delegations between up to 24 countries in North America, Central America, the Caribbean, and the United States are expected. The program will be administered through multiple cooperative agreements over a two-year period.
