The Department of Education’s MEP Consortium Incentive Grants Program provides financial incentives to State educational agencies participating in consortia to enhance services for migrant children with interrupted education. The program focuses on improving intrastate and interstate coordination of migrant education programs to address key needs of migratory children. For eligibility and application requirements, contact Michelle Moreno at the U.S. Department of Education. Applications must be submitted in paper format and the closing date for this grant is May 04, 2012.
