Additional Information on Eligibility: Applicants are limited to national organizations, including community and faith-based nonprofit organizations. For the purposes of this solicitation a national organization is defined as organization that has on-going, demonstrable relationships with program connector organizations (i.e., affiliates or membership organizations) or has a significant presence (that includes, having pioneered programs that serve as a basis for other organizations, providing training or technical assistance, etc.) in at least one state in each of the following six regions of the country: New England (Connecticut, Maine, Mass., New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont)
