The Public Affairs Section (PAS) Kabul is offering a grant to operate English Language Resource Centers in Herat, Afghanistan for a period of two years. The centers will provide English, computer, and methodology classes for teachers and university students, along with gender-specific conversation classes. The goal is to transition the centers from private organization operation to being managed by the Government of Afghanistan. Eligible organizations are invited to submit proposals by December 18, 2012.
