The U.S. Department of Energy is seeking feedback on a potential multi-stakeholder solar designation program to enhance market efficiency, reduce costs, and increase solar deployment. This Request for Information (RFI) is open to various stakeholders including communities, installers, property owners, businesses, financial institutions, and utilities. The RFI does not involve funding or financial assistance, and no projects will be supported through this initiative. Responses must be submitted electronically by January 4, 2013.
