The USAID Africa Bureau is offering the Leadership Initiative for Good Governance in Africa (LIGGA) Program to enhance leadership capacity for promoting democratic good governance among emerging African leaders. This grant aims to strengthen and sustain democratic institutions in Africa. Applicants must submit concept papers and, if requested, full applications in response to the Annual Program Statement.
