USAID is seeking comments on the FANTA III Food and Nutrition Technical Assistance Draft to improve procurement reform and meet the objectives of Implementation and Procurement Reform (IPR). The goal is to engage in development entrepreneurship by expanding local partnerships and capacity building activities.
