This department is offering the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange Program aimed at fostering educational exchanges between American and German students. The program consists of three components: Secondary School, Vocational Studies, and Young Professionals. Non-profit organizations are invited to submit proposals for facilitating these exchanges. Pending the availability of funds, the Department intends to award cooperative agreements to selected organizations for the academic year 2013-14. Renewal for three additional fiscal years is possible, subject to successful program implementation and funding. Please note that final awards are contingent on Congressional appropriation of funds.
