The USGS Alaska Science Center is offering the Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, North and West Alaska CESU grant for research focusing on assessing the impact of climate-induced phenological changes on nutrient availability in primary summer forages of arctic ungulates. The grant aims to understand how these shifts could affect the abundance of essential nutrients. The deadline for applications is July 20, 2012.
